Slight delay in opening viewer

At some point in the last few versions, I've noticed that there's a small but noticable delay in ebook-viewer launching.

It appears instantly in the task manager, but takes several seconds for the window to actually appear.

I've tried opening a book from Calibre, opening a file associated with ebook-viewer, and opening the viewer executable directly, and the delay happened with all three.

I also ran with a clean-config Calibre portable on both my SSD and my hard drive, and got the delay with both. Also immediately following a reboot.

Is anybody else experiencing this?

EDIT: I'm using Windows 10 Home (19041) and Calibre 5.10.1 (x64).
