Forgot to mention that i found that sip file in

# locate QtWidgetsmod.sip
/usr/share/python3-sip/PyQt5/QtWidgets/QtWidgetsmod.sip
/usr/share/sip/PyQt5/QtWidgets/QtWidgetsmod.sip
