How to get sample from PC Kindle to Calibre?
From Amazon's UK Kindle Store I've just chosen to sample a book on my iPad. I then used Send to Kindle in the iPad's Kindle app and it duly appeared in my PC Kindle.

How can I now get it to appear in Calibre on my PC please, so that I can then convert it to a format I could send to a friend. If I like the sample, as I fully expect, I'll then buy it and repeat the process and make a gift of it.
