FWIW, I seem to recall that mine behaves the same way, to some extent at least.

(And that's with nothing but the stock OS running).

It may be related to either being connected with the usbnet gadget loaded and/or being connected to an SDP charger (e.g., a PC). It might not happen when connected to a CDP (e.g., wall charger).

This may be more prominent in diags mode (that, or the same bug exists on the PW1 in diags mode only, or something).
