From a quick Google Search, that seems like a corrupted update file.

Verify the checksum of the firmware you're trying to install (I use this: https://portableapps.com/apps/utilit...icode-portable) both before copying to the PW4 as well as after on the Kindle copy itself. Make sure to safely disconnect afterwards. It's possible a bad cable or USB port, or unsafe disconnect is causing corruption.

Also, just in case there are database incompatibilities, I'd upgrade to OTA 5.13.3 first, deregister, factory reset then start over with the JB process.

*Note: You can install any PW4 firmware while in diags mode (both factory and customer/production/OTA).
