If you have any remote connection with being in the Military you might want to consider USAA, one of the best insurance companies ever. Low rates, great coustomer service and they'll take on the insurance company of the bonehead that rear-ended you and then tried to make it your fault for driving on public streets (the insurance company, notthe bonehead, he ws jsut high.)

They even have a sense of humor. I once backed out of my drive into my neighbor's car. When giving the information over the phone, the adjuster first apologized for asking some nitwit questions, because he had to , then asked if I'd made any statements about the accident. When I replied that I had, saying, "Oh shit!" he about cracked up. Then he asked if my neighbor had made any statements, and I replied, "Oh, well..." Didn't skip a beat and went on tot he next question, which was applicable.
