Went with Battle Ground, because it really is just one long book.

As I mentioned in the Apple forum, Apple confirmed that Books on CarPlay no longer supports Categories and the like, so I've switched to using the Audible app, which does support Categories. I'm still not sure if it was really a design decision or not.
