I'm not getting the same error.

What version of Calibre are you using? This error is more common on older versions from what I recall.

If you're on 5.xx, it's possible your IP might be on Cloudflare's "suspicious activity" list (not necessarily anything you did - it can happen if your ISP gives you an IP address previously used by a bad actor). If this is the case, turning the modem off for a few minutes and then turning it back on might reset your IP, if you have access to it.
