These are records that Kobo uses for recommendations and any time you access the store on the device. There isn't shouldn't be anything else on the device for these books. They are only showing in calibre as you have the "Show recommendations" option selected in the driver configuration. I would recommend unselecting this and any other options selected in the "Show as on device" group of options.
