While reading a previously downloaded fic, I saw a mention in the author notes about there being translations to some non-English text if you hover over it. I presume some form of alt-text, but AO3's down at the moment so I can't check. Can FFF handle alt-text and how would i enable it?

EDIT: AO3's back up. The fic uses <a title="translated text">Original text.</a>

Unfortunately manually editing it in ebook-editor doesn't show the alt-text in the preview pane (which I believe uses the same renderer as ebook-viewer). I can live without the embedded translation, but any other ideas?
