Good, it seems you're not affected by the bug. For those who are affected, the dark blue section never goes down unless manually cleared with RAMMap or Empty Standby List.

Greenshot also has trouble grabbing screenshots of elevated/admin-right windows unless I also load Greenshot as elevated.
