You can desolder the wires from the battery and connect them to a power supply of 3.5-4.2V to make sure its not the battery. Though i think thats not the culprit, never heard of a fall killing the battery.
Disconnect and then reconnect all the flex cables, maybe one dislodged. Just be carefull with the connector locks on the wide ones, pull them up using 2 fingernails or at least make sure you pull from the middle, as theyre easy to break if you pull just from one side.
