AZW3 -> PDF/A
Hello,

I am new here.

I bought a technical ebook. It is difficult to jump back and forth between pages/chapters on the slow Kindle. So I want to use the book for reading at home outside of the Kindle(Paperwhite), as I want to copy sample lines of code from lessons in the book and paste them into my own applications for testing.

I have used Calibre to convert the AZW3 ebook to a PDF. However, I cannot copy/paste text.

Is this due to the copy protection of the original?

Can I convert the AZW3 file to a PDF/A document without removing the copy protection?
