Hi:

I'm a long fan of FanFicFare. I'd been using it for years without any problems.

I'm currently using FanFicFare v3.27.0 which I updated a week ago. Ever since I did so, I'm having problems downloading fics.

It displays WinError 10013 for A03 and when I try to use FFNET it shows this: "HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.fanfiction.net' , port=443): Max retries exceeded with URL:"

Sadly, I'm not very knowledgeable about technology, and I have no idea what these messages mean. I'd been thinking about uninstalling FanFicfare and reinstall it. Do you think this could be a suitable solution?
