Since I last posted, I completed the Black Elfstone, The Skaar Invasion, the Stiehl Assassin and finally the Last Druid by Terry Brooks. Simon Vance did an excellent narration of all 4 books. Now have completed the Shannara series except for the book of shorts he is putting out.
So, after listening to a couple of novellas that were so-so, I moved on to book 5 of Terry Brook's Kingdom of Landover series called Witch's Brew. Narrated by Dick Hill. Not really getting into the story mostly because Ben's daughter grows from newborn to 10 years old in 2 years. I've never been able to wrap my head around that sort of device. The rest of the story has been good, so I keep going.
If you have a kid, Zero G by Dan Wells was actually pretty good. Lots of issues if you are an adult, but I can see an 8-10 year old eating this one up. Audible original a little over 4 hours long.
