Sorry, but I'm going crazy as I've searched a long time for the solution of the following problem: I've bought a Kindle book from Amazon and downloaded it to all devices capable of reading this file format, including PC. For some reason I'm unable to add this book into Calibre from Kindle Contents (see also attachement).

Please can somebody show me how to solve this problem. Many thanks in advance.
