And you being able to use group policy makes clear that you're talking about one of the corporate windows versions, instead of W10Home edition, which is a very different beast.
Usng the home edition I can understand how it is 30% less efficient than previous versions, less configurable, etc. It is, because MS doesn't want us to do any configuration. This even cost me half a working day once when W10 decided to do a fall upgrade I wasn't allowed to postpone. Luckily, postponing/choosing your own time now is allowed, although MS overwrites the setting every now and then during updates.
