That's an interesting error. I've been trying to reproduce it and can't. I think it has something to do with the case of the collection names, but, can't come up with combination of changes that would trigger it. Have you change a one of the values somehow?

Alternatively, it could be a corrupt index on the Shelf table in the database. In that case, compressing the database would probably fix it. My Kobo Utilities plugin can do this.
