Samsung - Galaxy Tab S7 Plus - 12.4” Vs. iPad Pro 12.9"

I am interested to read pdf and books on a larger screen and has narrowed choices to above two. Can you please guide me to a decision.

iPad screen size looks good with a wider aspect ratio. So i think for pdf docs this is better. Anyone has comments on this?

Samsung: 11.22 x 7.28 x 0.22 in
iPad Pro: 11.04 x 8.46 x 0.23 in

The pro for Samsung is it is cheaper compared to iPad pro and I can get one at Costco with keyboard and sPen for $900. Equivalent iPad will be at least 500 dollars more
