I tried hooking up my Kobo Aura HD to my wife's Dell computer (that only has USB-C ports) using the USB/HDMI adapter that came with it and had no luck with that. I'm pretty sure that port is a 3.0 USB A, however.
Yes. That's probably the way I'll have to take. Fortunately such hubs are available locally as well, so no shipping costs.

Eh. More and more cables, hubs and adapters... when is it going to end? Not soon, I guess.
