After seeing this thread referred to at another website about grouping and catching up on the thread I tried it out after updating my Kindle. It does work, however I see an anomaly in how it treats some series. I would not call it a bug rather just the way it works giving the source.

For instance, I own many Star Trek books. Some of those books are labeled on the cover firstly as "Star Trek The Next Generation" with the novel name under it. Kindle groups them as a series by "Star Trek The Next Generation". That is fine, however in that group there are books that make up a series within themselves under the The Generation Banner so those books, although a series, are not treated as its' own series. Not a bug, I understand what it is doing but it is a minor annoyance.
