Hi all.

My father in law ordered a Kindle, but it seemed like it was lost in transit, so Amazon issued another. The second has arrived and works fine, and the first just arrived, but gives an error when I try to register it. Because it was a cancelled order, have Amazon put some kind of block on the first Kindle so it cant be registered?
