I have always downloaded my Kindle books to my pc (Windows 10) from Amazon's Content and Devices page with no problem, then transferred them to the Kindle via USB. All of the sudden, it goes through the motions, says it's downloading, but nothing downloads.

Any suggestions? I appreciate any help!
