Hello everyone.
I have reviewed the posts related to this problem but in none I have found the solution. I have also read Kovid Goyal's sticky post "My device is not detected by calibre", but the problem continues.
My problem:
CALIBRE 5.7.2 doesn't recognize my Kindle device.
And this is my situation:
1. I have a
Kindle Paperwhite.
2.
Windows 10 (64 bits) does recognize the device, it appears in the file explorer.
3. Until now I was connecting the device to CALIBRE on a computer (Windows 10, 64 bits) that has never given me a problem, but now having a new computer is when it doesn't work.
4. I have tried on
different usb ports.
5. I have all the Kindle-related
Device Interface plug-ins enabled.
6. There is no device in
Preferences / Ignored Devices.
7. I include in an attached file the text that appears in
debug device detection (in Preferences / Miscellaneous).
Can anybody help me???
