Deep Guide did an in-depth comparison of Poke 2 vs. 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHA3X5CYsbQ

Both are basically the same device with Poke 2 having slightly better battery life and looks while the Poke 3 has the newer Android 10 and USB-C.
