In the US at least, UltraViolet was replaced with Movies Anywhere. Movies Anywhere links to and allows me to watch on a variety of services including Google Play, iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, etc.

I just bought Lord of the Rings 4K UHD Blu-ray set and it came with digital copy codes.
