the device is called a "Mintpad", and it orginally was a device with the focus on memo-taking, mp3, and wi-fi.
Recently the company let the users access the Win CE directly, so the device is becoming more of a small PDA..
The emphasis is not on e-book, and i think only txt fomat is supported, although i guess you can use Win CE to read other formats.
