Audible never (though I realize that is a short history) allowed downloading KU, Prime w/ audio, or Plus titles to a PC. These would only go to a portable device. (At least, that's been my experience.)
Sounds like others are seeing hope. We'll see what happens when Audible shuts the barn door.
