I'm not seeing it as a business device. I'm seeing it as something social people would use - kids, teens, tweens, etc... it's not a pda replacement, it's a keep in quick touch witha brief note (remember - these are the generation steeped in acronyms and thumb-typing on a phone pad). They're wanting to look up a quick address, play their music and video (worst case - this is another personal media device) as well. The fact that they can easily (one hopes) read a book or graphic novel on it is a plus.
