I am having some issues with conversion with a book, hasn't happened in a while. all my plugins are current.

I am not sure if it's DRM issue; previous DRM books Calibre able to remove.

I am getting follow error message, again not sure why this is suddenly happening.

Also, another question, on some conversion in the past, after the book was converted, everything was off in the book. Is there reason for that?
