Question Transfer from one Kobo to another

I'm replacing an Aura One with a Forma. I have a *ton* of books on the A1. Stuff in folders, stuff that's partially read (a "read location"), annotations, bookmarks. Some of these I bought from Kobo, some are sideloaded from other sources.

Is there a way for me to somehow transfer everything cleanly to the new device? I sure as heck don't want to have to manually re-load everything onto the new device; and I REALLY don't want to lose my read/unread status, my locations, annotations, and so forth.

So... I figure for the books themselves I can plug in with USB and just copy the books over. Does that work with the actual Kobo books that have DRM? (Assume the new device is logged into the same account). Where is all the metadata stored?

While we're on the topic, is there any way to organize books on the device *from a computer* so I don't have to slow tap my way through the ereader interface for ever single book?

And yeah... for those who care, that means I'm likely going to be selling an excellent condition Kobo Aura One, with case, soon. ;-)
