Multiple Unhandled Exceptions

Greetings,
New member here, but I've been using mobile readers and Calibre for quite some time. Admittedly, I'm a bit sporadic with Calibre, but I recently downloaded the update and had a few errors that I could use help with if you would be so kind.

If I hit 'Find Duplicates' I get an ERROR:Unhandled Exception. When I attempt 'Library Maintenance' I also get an Unhandled Exception. There may be more functions that would result in errors, but I haven't dived in too deeply.

Some details are below.

I'm running Windows 8.1 and downloaded and installed 'calbre-64bit-5.6.0.msi'.
