Oh, yes, that part of it works. I can indeed listen to books in the books app (it's called Audiobook in car play). What I can't do it pull up collections or anything other than recently played. It's very odd. As I said, it worked fine prior to the recent upgrade.

I talked to Apple Support about it yesterday. They wanted me to do a restore from backup. I told them that I'm not interested in doing that, I'm report an issue that should be easy to verify. They are suppose to check with an engineer and call me back this afternoon. I do have one collection that is made up of purely Apple purchased audiobooks (the Harry Potter books), so it's not simply an audible thing. Heck, maybe very few people actually use collections to listen to audiobooks in carplay, but it use to work.
