I find my Kindle’s interface for finding books to read to be unusable for me. It is slow and clunky. I use calibre to keep track of books I have read and want to read.
These days I mostly read library books. I borrow a book, have it sent to my Kindle, read it, and return it when I’m done. So I often only have one book on my device.
It helps that I am rarely out of WiFi range so accessing library books and my smaller collection of purchased books is quick and easy.
