There is a way to show all the books in all duplicate groups except the first one (or the last) in each group, as explained in this post. You can also control the sorting criteria yourself.

Also there is caveat about entangled duplicate groups explained in the post. Read that carefully to make sure you deal with these groups (if you have any) manually first.

And always when following any tip or advice that deletes or modify books, backup your library in case something goes wrong. It is your responsibility to make sure whatever advice given here does not cause irreversible damage.
