I've bought two Onyx's from the mobileread flea store, one from ebay (from a Canadian seller), and one from Goodereader (on ebay). All have been okay.
I didn't know I was buying from Goodereader. It was a seller on ebay. He did not say he was Goodereader. He also said there would be no import taxes. However, I was charged import taxes, which did not surprise me. He just orders it from a Chinese seller and sends it to you. If I had known, I would have ordered it from Booxter in Germany, or Onyx itself in China. That way, at least I would have some kind of cover. I'm not sure he would have covered it if there had been a fault. 50/50. I actually spoke to the guy on the phone as there were delivery problems, which was not his fault, though he could have informed me earlier. Would I use him again? Not, if I could find a more reputable source, but that's a tough call in Canada. I got my ereader in one peice, with import taxes, and it worked fine. Overall I was satisfied. Honestly, I would probably use him rather than a Chinese re-seller. He's a bit "fly", but I don't think he's a crook. YMMV.
