Warning: Heading () should not be qualified
Tweaking an epub3 book for my Kindle and I get many warnings about the CSS

It still seems to format OK, but I don't see what's wrong with the CSS

I'd like to get rid of the warning messages by changing the CSS to something that the editor likes, but don't see what's 'wrong'
