It's only standard practice for companies (big and small) without ethics.

Some companies actually look out for their staff and suppliers.
Mind you, the list doesn't include Disney, Apple, and Google. Or many big tech companies from SiliValley.

It's a matter of corporate culture as set by the top guy.
