Check MRPI's log for certain, but a plain uninstall won't touch the KUAL extension. Or the actual folder itself.
The folder thing makes sense, it's to avoid wiping user content, but I'll admit I'm not quite sure why I batched the KUAL extension with that bit of logic, that makes much less sense ;p.
