I've been manually updating for years w/o any problems. This is the first time zon is placing the 'setup via wifi (not cellular)' in the process without a way to bypass this.
Do you have v 5.13.3 installed?
I also tried 5.13.2 which did the same thing. Unfortunately I must have deleted earlier versions
