Not likely. It does not claim it is infected. It just says it does not recognize it. If you downloaded it directly from our Release page and the sha 256 checksum matches what is in our Checksums file then you should be safe. I think this is just more very poor "AI" from Defender. Epub development and Sigil itself does not have a large installed base so it makes sense that Defender does not recognize it.
