The seller is full of manure. If the seller truly did purchase the licenses, then the seller would be selling these in a consistent format. Not some in PDF, some in LIT, and some in text. And no publisher is just going to sell off the rights just like that. The author's would also have to agree which I highly doubt. What this nimrod did was to go to the darknet, download them in whatever form they came in and put them together to sell and made up the lies to cover his ass. No way are these legal.
