No point in making subpages that don't already exist until the page gets big enough to need that.
It makes sense to me to organize them by calibre areas. I think just making a heading for each area, as we get a tip for it makes sense. When there's too many (say 10-20?) under a heading or the entire page is huge, then we can split.
As to delaying -- I don't think we need to delay, but I'm not gonna make a wiki page for two tips.
