Goldendict + Moon Reader
A few other dictionaries are good in the same way (modular, able to read various dictionary file types) but I've encountered limitations that bring me back to Goldendict; even though Fora for example has the very useful ability to do a full-text search as you can only do for Goldendict in Windows, Fora crashes fairly often on my device and it has not been coded in the way that allows you to place dictionary files on an SD card.
