Lenovo does add in a few apps, but not very many. For the most part, the M line is very close to stock Android 9 Pie. (The M7 uses the Pie Go Edition.)

Lenovo doesn't have the best track record of updating Android on their tablets, but I just did some digging, and found out that they're updating the M line to Android 10. As a matter of fact, I'm downloading the update as I type this. :-D
