Run CS from a .bat file, not the GUI

Run CalibreSpy in command-line mode via a .bat file (see examples provided where your .json files for each plugin are stored). That uses ONLY what your CS color preferences are. Running CS from the Calibre GUI icon causes Calibre's colors to mix in for some widgets with CS' colors, causing conflicts. Hence, your dark mode problem. Run CS from a .bat file, not the GUI, if you have dark mode issues.

I will fix the Calibre VL reimplementation in CS.
