I've checked the manual for the Lenovo M10, among others, and they don't say much about accessibility, or anything about disabling gestures. In this, the Samsung stands out.

Without my regular glasses, I'm practically blind, and over my regular glasses, reading glasses become yet another migraine trigger. So screen size is a lot more important to me than screen resolution.
