So if the Alita is updated to Android 8.1 the use of an SD card formatted as internal storage allows a PC to separately identify and access both the SD card storage and the Alita internal storage. With 6.1 the PC cannot see the SD card separately which is not ideal for me.

Have I expressed this correctly? A simple answer that I can understand would be much appreciated.
