On mine, the available inputs shows at the top of the usual Roku channel menu like in this image: https://pisces.bbystatic.com/image2/...6280538_sd.jpg

So everything is navigated by the arrow buttons on the remote. The Roku tv has additional settings option for you to do the channel scans and you can edit, re-order and favorite channels from that menu.

Edit: One small revision - after you set up the antenna input, selecting it from the home screen goes to your last-watched channel. Hitting the left button opens up the channel guide at any time while watching.
