I know that they said that they reformatted it. I was asked by the agent for Harry to help with input on the problem (it was made using Kindle Kids' Book Creator, BTW). I gave them some feedback and they said that they reformatted it, but AFAIK, it's still fixed-layout, not reflow. I'd suggested to them that FXL was
not the smart way to go.
But that's done by a trade publisher and y'know...sometimes, you just can't tell people what they don't want to hear. They wanted it live; they'd screwed the pooch on it and they were in a rush. If naught else, FXL using the Amazon DIY software is fast and easy.
